Webinars will be Wed., Feb. 27, 8 - 9 p.m. ET; Wed., March 27, 8 - 9 p.m. ET; and a Spanish-language webinar Tue., March 5, 2-3 p.m. ET (all times -5 UTC). Also, REC reports on translator issues that relate to how many LPFM frequencies.
