Police searched Windham supervisor's home

The Daily Mail's Michael Ryan has learned shortly before a search warrant was executed by state police at the Windham town hall, Friday, Mar. 21, a related search was conducted at the residence of Windham Town Supervisor Stacy Post. The residential search, conducted at the Quads condominium, located on the outskirts of Windham, was confirmed Mon., Mar. 31. The focus of the residential search has not been disclosed. Officials have not publicly commented on the Bureau of Criminal Investigation team’s seizure of a computer from Post's desk at town hall 11 days ago. Neither the state police or Greene County Acting District Attorney Charles Bucca have released details on the scope of the investigation. Post was sworn into office in January, after winning election by a margin of six votes over incumbent supervisor Stephen Walker. Post served as Windham police chief from 2009 through 2013.
