MidHudson News is reporting State Police from the Livingston barracks as well as the State Police Forensic Investigation Center have arrested a 32-year-old Albany man for making a terroristic threat and falsely reporting an incident, both felonies. In August 2021, Columbia County 911 dispatched troopers to the Chatham Public Library on Woodbridge Avenue in the village after a bomb threat was received. Following a 10-month investigation, police arrested Siddharth Dubey on the charges that he allegedly made the threats. Dubey was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance. Read more at MidHudsonNews [dot] com.
