WNYT TV in Albany reports that for anyone without a cell phone, there's a working pay phone at every Stewart's Shop locally. The pay phone is also the store phone. “There's always going to be that day that there's an emergency, that a customer's phone battery is going to be dead, they left it at home, and they know they can walk into a Stewart's and find pay phones to use,” said Maria D’Amelia of Stewart’s Shops told WNYT.

National Public Radio's "Morning Edition" host David Greene and NPR "Planet Money" correspondent Robert Smith will talk and take questions 7 p.m. Dec. 10 at The Linda in Albany.
