The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Mon., Mar. 30 in east central New York, including Greene, Columbia, Albany, Rensselaer, Dutchess and Ulster counties. A fast-moving clipper could bring gusty winds up to 40 mph from a westerly direction, especially Monday afternoon.
