The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for east central New York, western Massachusetts, southern Vermont and northwestern Connecticut. Heavy rainfall is likely beginning tonight (Wed., Oct. 15). Some poor drainage flooding will be possible, especially where storm drains are clogged by fallen leaves. Isolated thunderstorms are also possible.
