A Hazardous Weather Outlook remains in effect for east central New York through tonight. Additional showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms with downpours will be possible mainly this afternoon. Some minor urban, small stream and/or poor drainage flooding is possible. The best chance of thunderstorms will be south of Albany. Thunderstorms are not expected to be severe.
