The Rip Van Winkle Amateur Radio Club meets Mon., Nov. 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the Churchtown Firehouse, with a 7 p.m. Winter Skywarn training. There will also be a raffle for a Baofeng UV-82X HT dual-band 2 meter and 220 mHz radio at the meeting.
