Columbia County Board of Elections reports results on the Sept. 15 Chatham Village Trustee election, and the top two candidates winning seats were Jodie Russell, with 45 votes, and Melony Spock, with 44 votes. One person also got a write-in vote. There were also village elections, postponed from March because of the COVID-19 pandemic, in Athens, Catskill, Coxsackie, Valatie, Philmont, and Kinderhook. WGXC will report those results as soon as they are announced.

There are no results yet for the Village of Athens Village Trustee election between Rickie Gabrielle, Gail Lasher, and Joshua Lipsman. In the Village of Catskill Sam Aldi is attempting to unseat incumbent Joseph Kozloski for a Village Trustee seat. In the Village of Coxsackie Katlyn Irwin, Thomas Notabartolo, and Rebecca Vermilyea are running for Village Trustee. In the Village of Kinderhook Dale Leiser is unopposed for mayor, and Michael Abrams, Robert Baumeister, Mark Browne, and Dorene Weir are in a contest for Village Trustee.
