The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook Aug. 20 and 21 that will bring cooler air to the area. The entire Hudson Valley is under the outlook for widespread showers and thinderstorms with up to two inches of rain. After the front clears the area late Friday, cooler temperatures are predicted throughout the area this weekend.
