The owners are looking to retire. The restaurant was voted #1 on TripAdvisor and Yelp and has a high traffic count of 13,000+ cars per day. Barnwood, located at 14 Deer Lane and State Route 23, sits on 1.15 acres and includes 4,960-square feet of space. Built in 1970, the building once housed a Dairy Queen. It has been renovated in the last two years to include a new bar. The property also includes office space, storage and a smoke room.
