Catskill's Barnwood on the market for $2M
Andrea Macko is reporting for Porcupine Soup the Barnwood Restaurant in Catskill, one of Greene County’s most popular eateries. is on the market for $2 million. “Successfully owned and operated for over 22 years,” Barnwood is still doing a great business, according to Win Morrison Realty, the listing agency. The owners are looking to retire. The restaurant was voted #1 on TripAdvisor and Yelp and has a high traffic count of 13,000+ cars per day. Barnwood, located at 14 Deer Lane and State Route 23, sits on 1.15 acres and includes 4,960-square feet of space. Built in 1970, the building once housed a Dairy Queen. It has been renovated in the last two years to include a new bar. The property also includes office space, storage and a smoke room.
