This past Saturday, the Hudson Pride Foundation held a gala fundraiser at the home of Peter Frank, where HPF President Rich Volo (also known as popular Hudson drag queen Trixie Starr) spoke about what's been expanded from a simple parade to three days of events June 17, 18 and 19 in Hudson. Footage by HPF Executive Director Martha Harvey, who stressed said the organization has purposefully left the word “gay” out of the name of the parade and foundation to show that the organization, and event, is about "bringing people together, not singling people out."
