The Wind Chill Advisory previously issued by the National Weather Service in Albany remains in effect from 5 p.m., Wed., Jan. 7 through 10 a.m., Thurs., Jan. 8, for the Mohawk Valley, the greater Capital Region and the Mid-Hudson Valley. The combination of cold temperatures and brisk northwesterly winds will combine to create dangerously cold conditions.
