The National Weather Service in Albany has declared a Hazardous Weather Outlook for northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, east central New York and southern Vermont through Sat., June 29. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible each day from Monday through Saturday, mainly during the afternoon and evening hours. Thunderstorms will have the capability to produce locally heavy rainfall and frequent lightning.
