Tue., Nov. 7, is Election Day. Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 9 p.m., statewide and throughout the Capital Region. Voters will weigh in on three statewide ballot proposals, including the question of whether New York will hold a constitutional convention in 2019, plus a race in the third judicial district as well as various local contests.
