4 p.m. WGXC Afternoon Show Representatives from the Hudson Music Festival, Rob Johanson and Chad Weckler, will discuss the weekend-long sound series with hosts Ellen Thurston and Richard Roth. (Johanson and Weckler are also volunteer hosts on WGXC.) Cookbook author Zac Pelaccio, author of "Eat with Your Hands," will discuss his book and opening a new restaurant in the former Verdigris space on S. Third between Warren and Union St. in Hudson. And James Occhino talks about "a three-hour party studded with performances and stimulating talk" called the End Times Salon at the Ancram Opera House. Also Ellen Thurston will preview other Columbia County events this weekend, news, music, and other features.
