2 a.m.: 2nd Annual Deep Listening Conference: Day One Wave Farm Radio and WGXC 90.7-FM are pleased to present a webstream and Saturday live broadcast of the 2nd Annual Deep Listening Conference. Artists, scientists, educators, and researchers will gather from around the world to share ideas on the art and science behind the theory and practice of deep listening developed by composer Pauline Oliveros. The theory of deep listening describes the world of sound; the practice of deep listening cultivates a focused awareness of those sounds and their meanings.
