Aug 31, 2020 2:45 pm
WHAM-TV is reporting the deadline is hours away for prospective SUNY and CUNY students to apply for the Excelsior Scholarship. Students who are already receiving the Excelsior Scholarship could potentially be prioritized over new applicants. The deadline to apply for the Excelsior Scholarship is midnight, August 31.
