The Mid-Hudson News Network reports 16 programs have received $1.2 million in Dutchess County. In Orange County, 14 programs received $1.9 million. In Westchester County, 42 programs received $11.3 million. In Ulster County, nine programs received $1 million. Columbia and Greene counties together had only four programs that received a total of $110,000.
