The Daily Freeman reports that the Valatie Research Farm and Woodstock's Stang Farms will get two of the state's planned mesonet early warning weather detection systems. Nineteen locations, out of 125, have been announced so far, with real-time weather condition data available for emergency management, research, and condition-dependent industries.
