Hugh Horner, the executive chef at Helsinki Hudson, presents the first episode of "Eat Food or Die," a new monthly program on WGXC that brings together local chefs, farmers, winemakers, cheesemakers, artisans, and others involved in the food system of Greene and Columbia Counties. In the premiere episode, Horner is joined by Gabby Gulielmetti of LOAF Bakery in Hudson and discusses his own food background. Tune in on the third Monday of every month from 2-3 p.m. to hear the show that aims to connect WGXC's listening community with the food industry professionals of Columbia and Greene counties.
