Bill Deane from the Windham Arts Alliance will talk about Arts Fest 2017, to be held at Christman's Windham House, on July 1. Arts Fest is family art show with more than 25 artists exhibiting, a participatory mural project for children, live music, auction, and lunch served at the 1805 tavern.
