Join us this Tuesday for Wave Farm's

We are looking forward to lots of celebratory reminiscing with many free103point9/Wave Farm friends and co-conspirators this Tuesday, March 7, the official 20th Anniversary of free103point9's maiden microcast. This two-hour NY Harbor cruise departs from Chelsea Pier 62 in Manhattan and takes place on the gorgeous Manhattan II Yacht with heated interior. Sounds by Maria Chavez. Radio fortunes by Rebecca Wolff. Open bar. Cheese, charcuterie, crudités from Campbell Cheese.

Extended... We have currently raised $12,000 of our $20,000 goal.

Wave Farm's WGXC is a uniquely open and experimental platform that needs your help. We have extended our winter Radical Radio Pledge drive in order to raise the necessary funds to keep WGXC's FM signal on the air. Your tax-deductible donation will provide critically needed support for this ambitious hands-on radio project. Thank you so very much to all who have already contributed and all who will do so in response to this appeal.

Wave Farm is a non-profit arts organization driven by experimentation with broadcast media and the airwaves. Our programs—Transmission Arts, WGXC-FM, and Media Arts Grants—provide access to transmission technologies and support artists and organizations that engage with media as an art form.
