John Eggerton at Multichannel News reports that on Wed. March 21 Federal Communications Commission chairman Julius Genachowski and senior Republican commissioner Robert McDowell will testify in front of the House Appropriations Financial Services and General Government about the FCC's budget. On Wed., March 21, the FCC is also expected to announce a window for non-profit organizations to apply for low-power FM stations this fall. Read the full story at Multichannel News.
