Michael Ryan is reporting in the Windham Journal Windham officials recently learned the town this year will receive more than $83,000 in CHIPS funding. The Department of Transportation's Consolidated Local Street and Highway Improvement Program provides support to local municipalities for highway-related expenditures and projects.
