Albany unveils medical marijuana regulations

Matthew Hamilton in Capitol Confidential reports that while Albany focused on the state budget, on March 31 state Department of Health officials posted the regulations for New York's medical marijuana program on its website. The story reports officials have said they want to have the medical marijuana program operational at the beginning of 2016.
