MidHudsonNews [dot] com is reporting beginning Jan. 1, 2020, the members of the Dutchess County Legislature will be limited to six two-year terms, and the county executive will be limited to three four-year terms. The county comptroller will also have a three-term limit, beginning with the four-year term that starts Jan. 1, 2022.
