Jul 02, 2014 6:44 am
William J. Kemble is reporting in the Daily Freeman the Catskill Town Board has appointed Erica Russo as permanent activities aide at the Washington Irving Senior Center. A second person is expected to be hired to handle clerk duties, as well. Information was not immediately available on how much Russo would be paid, although officials believe the position would require approximately 25 hours per week. The center has been without a designated director since Anne Marie Moran was arrested in March and charged with grand larceny and identity theft. Moran pleaded not guilty to the charges. She is due back in village court July 17. Read the full story in the Daily Freeman.
