John Faso, and Chris Collins, Mon., Mar. 20, as House Republicans were reportedly considering an amendment to their health care bill that would shift Medicaid costs from New York counties to the state. In his comments Monday night, the governor explicitly called out Faso for his support of the so-called deathtrap amendment. “It would be nice if Congressmen Collins and Faso actually tried to help their districts rather than hurt them,” Cuomo said.
