Do you have a stream that runs near your home that you’d like to get to know a little better? The Catskill Creek Watershed Awareness Project invites you to become a Stream Spotter to help us gather information about our streams! The Stream Spotter program is an easy, simple and interesting opportunity for people to learn about streams in an effort to increase our knowledge about the Catskill Creek watershed. This session will provide an introduction to the Stream Spotters program and the fun ways you can help learn about streams. After attending the session, you can decide if the Stream Spotters program is right for you! This program is funded, in part, by the NYS DEC Hudson River Estuary Program and the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission.
