A crew from Voice of America will interview Nini Ordoubadi, owner of Tay Home, at her shop in Andes, in the afternoon Sat., June 8, The Watershed Post reports. Melody Safavi, the lead singer of Abjeez, a Persian/Swedish band, conducts the interview for the government's international radio and TV network. In other Hudson Valley television news, Fox premieres a "Sleepy Hollow" series, reawakening the legend, apparently with a Rip Van Winkle character (Rip Van Winkle is a different story, set in Greene County).
