The actors are from the Skagit Radio Repertory Company and the Children's Radio Players. The producer is Joseph C McGuire. This episode: "Dr Nourse was a practicing physician at the same time as he was writing science fiction starting in the 1950s. He wrote sub specialty of SF using medicine as the background. Because he was a Doctor he could bring his knowledge of medicine to kind of speculation SF was known for. In Coffin Cure he speculates, with humor, on the down side of medical breakthroughs.
