Jim Planck is reporting in The Daily Mail contrary to rumors, Columbia Memorial Hospital is not for sale. Hospital spokesman William Van Slyke said Thurs., Jan. 9, the talk that St. Peter's Hospital in Albany is acquiring the 192-bed Hudson hospital is untrue. He said, "It’s really the rumor mill run amuck.” Van Slyke also denied the hospital was up for sale or looking for a buyer. A representative of St. Peter's also dismissed the story.
