Freezing rain, possibly mixed with some snow or sleet at times. Spotty, light freezing rain or snow is possible Tuesday morning before steadier precipitation develops in the afternoon and on into the evening. Most of the precipitation will be in the form of freezing rain across higher elevations and rain occasionally mixed with freezing rain in valleys. Some ice accumulation is possible.
