Coarc, Greenport Rescue Squad and the Hudson Department of Youth host Operation Pumpkin to bring a scary but safe Halloween to youth and families. This very scary haunted house is at Coarc Promenade Hill Center, 11 Warren Street in Hudson. Young children can play in the Pumpkin Patch, a less scary funhouse. Children may enter the costume contest to win prizes. Treats and cider are served. Operation Pumpkin follows other Warren Street Halloween events on October 26, beginning with Trick or Treat on Warren Street from 3 to 5 pm. Participating businesses will display a Halloween whale logo in their windows.
