The National Weather Service in Albany has declared a Winter Storm Warning for western New England, the Mid-Hudson Valley and eastern Catskills beginning 7 a.m. Thurs., Feb. 13 to 10 a.m., Fri., Feb. 14. A snowfall accumulation of 8 to 14 inches is forecast. Snow will begin to fall during the morning hours Thursday and persist into Thursday night before diminishing Friday morning. Dangerous travel conditions are expected Thursday into Friday morning. Blowing snow across the higher terrain could further hamper travel. Temperatures will be in the 20s.

Marchione’s legislative agenda includes stopping unfunded mandates, reducing taxes and fees and cutting regulations on small businesses. She is the former County Clerk of Saratoga County and is serving her 33rd year in public service. Hosted by Ed Fertik.
2 p.m.: The Work Show: Rachel Loshak The February episode of the Work Show focuses on the working side of love, with a conversation and concert by singer-songwriter Rachel Loshak. Loshak has a new album out after years of managing her husband’s Gustafer Yellowgold work, and raising two boys.
