Ben Ratliff in The New York Times announces the lineup for the Basilica SoundScape festival in Hudson, Sept.11-13. Norwegian singer and composer Jenny Hval and noise band Wolf Eyes are among the highlights, with others including the Haxan Cloak, Blanck Mass, Actress, Viet Cong, Health, Circuit des Yeux, Weyes Blood, and Indian tabla player and sitarist Gourisankar and Indrajit Banerjee.
