Hudson-based SBK celebrates three years of fighting for social justice. The keynote address will be delivered by civil rights leader Dr. Bernard Lafayette. Lafayette was a civil rights organizer in the 1960s and worked with SNCC, SCLC, and other organizations fighting for racial equity. He was a key figure in the Voting Rights Movement in Selma, Ala., participated in the Freedom Rides and went on to coordinate the Poor Peoples Economic Campaign.
