12 a.m. (midnight): Radio News: The Electronic Communications Privacy Act On Mar 19, 2013 a House Judiciary subcommittee met about updating the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986 (ECPA). Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), heard here interviewing a Google spokesperson, does not seem to understand how Google uses keyword searches, without retaining email data, to match ads to likely customers. The Google representative explains four different ways, to no avail.
