Walter Severini in The Watershed Post reports that Small Business Administration officer Jim Elens has a temporary office in Windham, thanks to Graham Merk, chairman of the Windham Chamber of Commerce. Elens will be available through Friday, October 21 to help anyone with property damage from the recent floods. The Small Business Administration offers Home Disaster loans, Business Physical Disaster loans, Economic Injury Disaster loans, and working capital loans.
