Daily Freeman: Radio exists in Hudson Valley
Apr 12, 2014 12:02 am
Brian Hubert reports in The Daily Freeman that there are radio stations in the Hudson Valley that have websites and other digital services. The story mentions WDST (100.1-FM) in Woodstock, and Hubert makes the wild (false) claim that, "WDST is one of just under two dozen independent radio stations left in the U.S." Maybe among "commercial rock stations," but not among "radio stations." The story also mentions the existence of WHUD (100.7-FM), WSPK (104.7-FM), and WBPM (92.9-FM) and several Clear Channel-owned stations, but does not mention many others. Read a very strange story in The Daily Freeman.
