Temps rising; limited weather-related delays
Jan 29, 2013 6:24 am
The National Weather Service is reporting its Winter Weather Advisory will remain in effect until 7 a.m. Additional snow and sleet accumulation of a coating to less than one-half inch, along with a light glaze of ice are expected. Temperatures have remained nearly steady and are expected to be around freezing by daybreak. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visability. The Times Union is reporting multiple delays in Bennington, Delaware and Rennsselaer counties this morning. In Columbia and Greene counties, only Windham-Ashland-Jewett Central School District is opening late. That district is reporting a two-hour delay.
