Scott Waldman in the Albany Times-Union has another one of those, 'boy, there sure are a lot of musicians in Hudson' stories. In this one, he outs Replacements bassist Tommy Stintson, and name-checks, "Grammy-nominee Meshell Ndegeocello, and down the road is Melissa Auf Der Maur, the bassist for Hole and Smashing Pumpkins. Lenny Kravitz's longtime producer, Henry Hirsch, turned an 1869 church into a recording studio. Members of indie bands Vetiver and Buke and Gass are now Hudsonians." It leaves out others such as Alexander Turnquist, Bunnybrains, and Liv Carrow. Read the full story in the Albany Times-Union.
