The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook and Wind Advisory for the Capital District, eastern Catskills and Mid-Hudson Valley through 6 p.m., Fri., Nov. 1. Winds of 15 to 25 mph with guests up to 55 mph are expected. Winds will increase Friday morning. The winds will shift to the southwest to west with the passage of a cold front later in the morning into the afternoon.
