A replica of a Solitary Housing Unit will be on display at the Columbia County Fair from Aug. 30 through Sept. 4. The display is sponsored by Old Chatham Quaker Meeting and will be staffed by members of the meeting and associated volunteers. Materials on aspects of mass incarceration will be available.
