Wind chill values as low as -23. Monday Night: A chance of snow, mainly after 1am. Cloudy, with a low around 5. Wind chill values as low as -6. South wind between 3 and 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
