The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Wed., Feb. 12 through Fri., Feb. 14. A storm system developing in the gulf states is forecast to track up along the eastern seaboard Thurs., Feb. 13. This storm will likely bring moderate to possibly heavy snow to the region, especially from the Capital Region south and east. There is still uncertainty in the ultimate track of the storm and its projected snowfall amounts.
