Local weather forecast
Today's forecast is specific to Catskill, in Greene County:
A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for the Greater Capital District, Mohawk and Schoharie valleys, southeast Adirondacks, Taconics and the Mid-Hudson Valley, through 10 a.m., Wed. Wind chill readings may drop to less than -15 or -25. West winds of 10 to 20 mph, with gusts of 30 mph, are possible. There is a chance of a light wintry mix of sleet and/or freezing rain late Friday into Saturday morning. As warmer air moves in the region Saturday afternoon and night heavy rainfall is possible, which could potentially lead to some flooding. Rainfall amounts are highly uncertain at this time.
