Wedding Favor is the musical endeavor of Philadelphia-based artist Robert Perkins. Characterized bybasic free-formstructures, repetitive patterns, limited elements, and impish lyrics, Wedding Favor’s music simply aims to evoke any emotional response or connection. Hudson-based War Bonnet (nee Noah Reibel) will perform solo experimental guitar, and promises to keep his set “brief, and suited to the idiom.”

An update from Prattsville, from Jess Puglisi, who recently spoke with Nancy Barton, Andy Reid, and Suzie Walsh. Barton is the Director of the Prattsville Art Center & Residency, a year old venture which brings together international and local artists in the center of Prattsville. Reid and Walsh are with the Zadock Pratt Museum, now reinventing itself as a gallery as it continues to recover from damages sustained during Hurricane Irene. Both organizations will be participating in Prattsville's second annual MudFest, which will take place on August 23 and 24.
