Vivian Wang and Benjamin Weiser report in The New York Times that former aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Joseph Percoco, was found guilty on March 13 of conspiracy to commit honest services wire fraud and solicitation of bribes after eight days of jury deliberations.
